Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code establishes the framework for determining land rights. This portal digitises the whole partition (Kurra) β application, field survey, valuation, an equitable value-based division, and a real-time Khatauni update.

The workflow
From citizen application to an updated Khatauni.

Online application
Applicant registers, enters court + Aadhaar-verified applicant details, proposes the gata(s), adds co-sharers, pays registration.

Administrative assignment
SDM checks documents, fixes the primary decree (share %), and assigns to the Tehsildar β RI / Lekhpal.

Field verification
Lekhpal captures the plot, geo-coordinates, physical features, trees (by class + owner), soil type and circle rate.

Valuation
Segment the plot, apply circle rates, add asset values, and aggregate to a total holding value.

Kurra division
The engine proposes options (V1 Value / V2 Compact / V3 Possession) balancing worth, scored against Rule 109.
6
Hearing & final order
Court reviews, notices go to shareholders, objections are heard, and the Khatauni is updated with the Kurra map.
